Coupon Code Package Terms & Conditions

1. This coupon code package can only be applied in the EU to Power Kits and related products included in the Power Kits Pre-order phase.

2. After purchasing the coupon code package, we will send you an email with three (3) unique coupon codes. In order to receive a coupon code package successfully, you must subscribe to us by email.

Make sure you successfully subscribe to our email list by checking the ✔ box for “Email me with news and offers”.

If your Coupon Code Package email is not in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

3. Each unique coupon code package can only be received by one subscription email. If you buy the package again with the same email address, you will receive the same codes. If you want to buy more than one coupon code package, please use a different email address.

4. One coupon code can only be applied to an order, and cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons.

5. Coupon code packages are available to buy from May 25th till 5th July. Codes can be used during our Power Kits Pre-order phase (5th July to 5th August). After the Pre-order phase, the coupon codes will expire.

6. Refund conditions:
If you have purchased a coupon code package and did not use it, please contact our Aftersales service team at support.eu@ecoflow.com for a refund. We will only accept and process refunds after August 5th.

If a coupon code was already successfully applied to an order, we will not be able to offer a refund.
